UPGRADE PAID, DOWNGRADE GIVEN!

Upon arrival at the RotoVegas Motel at 6pm on 27/3/2018, Sports celebrity and New Zealander, Rocky Lane, connected with a very helpful gentleman by the name of “Tim” at the check-in counter. Perhaps we arrived too late, and therefore, the room we paid for seem to have been given to someone else.

Nevertheless, the good gentleman applied sound commonsense and made “make shift” arrangements by putting The Undefeated World Title Holder and his wife, into a very small studio apartment and promised a full refund in the morning.

However, when approaching a lady by the name of Shelley at the front counter in the morning, she decided to reverse the fair and reasonable judgement of Tim. It was later learnt that Tim and Shelley are a married couple managing this RotoVegas project.  

The lady hurled insults, at the Champs wife, a Master Degree Educator and Government Examiner, accusing her of cheating other hotels without any basis, and Shelley insisted on reversing her husband’s judgment by offering half of the promised refund. After hurling more irrelevant statements, she decided to reverse herself for the better, and a full refund was eventually given.

"I have been away playing world tour from Asia for years and haven't been home for the past 12 years. This attitude is certainly not much of a Kiwi welcoming attitude to say the least." said Rocky.
